Digital COVID Certificate of the Czech Republic - the verifier application
Digital COVID Certificate of the Czech Republic uses EU technical standards to prove health status related to COVID-19 (vaccination, recovery, test results) in compliance with EU regulation and Ministry of Health decrees.
Functionality of the čTečka verifier app:
- load and store current signing keys of EU countries a validation rules from the Ministry of Health server
- scan QR code, verify electronic signature, check validity of the certificate according to Czech Republic validation rules
- display summary and detailed information from the certificate
The čTečka application is operated in accordance with EU and CZ law and it facilitates the right of free movement and access to services and events during COVID-19 pandemics.
The application processes data of Digital COVID certificate holders from EU member states for the purpose of checking the certificates by persons accredited by EU regulation, Ministry of Health decrees or based on voluntary basis.
The application doesn't store or send out the personal data nor the health data of checked persons.
