Bend Solver

The BystronicBend Solver calculates very easy many parameters for bending sheet metal and comes with lovely graphics.

The BystronicBend Solver is supporting the bending / press brake operator, team leader or line manager perfectly in his day to day workflow.

Depending on the material (e.g. steel, stainless steel or aluminium) and the material thickness the user gets an indication of the required bending force, the die opening, the box height, the stamp height, the radius and the minimal flange length. Also makes recommendations to appropriate tools and bending machines for the desired operation.
