Parenting is challenging, but you are not alone! BEAM (Building Emotional Awareness and Mental health) is a mobile health platform that supports the mental health and parenting needs of moms with young children (aged 1-3 years old). Each week new psychoeducational parenting and mental health videos are released, providing mothers with useful parenting tips and information all within one easy to use app. Users also have access to a private interactive forum where they can receive peer support and connect with clinicians who specialize in mental health and parenting.
