This mobile application will monitor the Menstrual Cycle (MC) of users and provide training recommendations. The mobile application will focus on three areas;
1) performance improvement by tracking the MC, symptoms, identifying patterns specific to each individual and offering evidence-based training recommendations,
2) educating athletes and coaches about female physiology and the MC, and
3) Improve communication between athletes and coaching teams. The targeted user group is teenage and adult female athletes.
