Proper sanitation is key to the mushroom industry’s food safety efforts. This food safety training App was developed for the Mushroom Industry by the American Mushroom Institute and Food safety CTS. In this lesson we will learn the basic concepts we need to understand in order to properly carry out sanitation practices in the mushroom industry.
