Chronopeer app helps to connect people with chronic conditions in an online peer support group moderated by a trained professional. The app also allows you to record your vital signs (e.g., glucose level and blood pressure) and monitor them over time to see the progression of your condition. It also allows you to track your physical activities in the form of walking and jogging etc. You will need an invitation from the moderator to join the peer support group. Currently, peer support is provided only in Qatar.
