Off the cuff!

“Off-the-cuff” is an app designed to help users improve public speaking. App offers impromptu video challenges, where users are asked a thought provoking question and their response is recorded after 8 seconds. Users can practice their public speaking skills on these video challenges and have an opportunity to compete in global contests with video challenges based on different themes.
