Residential App Solutions Portal (RASP) ) is a specialization of Twintool’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system geared towards the management of building tenants. This platform helps automate and track building management’s interactions with its tenants to ensure that all their requests are tracked and addressed.

Twintool RASP is delivered using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This allows our clients to use the system without having to make significant investments in non-core capabilities, such as servers and server maintenance. Twintool RASP is accessed using a web browser on a PC, tablet, or a mobile phone. Furthermore, updates to existing modules are deployed seamlessly, ensuring that the organization has the latest version of their subscribed modules all the time.
