The East Bay Paratransit contactless payment app has arrived. It’s the easiest way to pay for your trips in advance and eliminates the need for paper tickets or cash, nor requires riders to show their smartphones as they board! The EBP App offers helpful features for riders and their families to see upcoming trips and choose which trips to pay for.
East Bay Paratransit is a public transit service for people who are unable to use regular buses or trains, like those operated by AC Transit and BART, because of a disability or a disabling health condition. East Bay Paratransit transports eligible riders from their origin to their destination in vans equipped with a wheelchair lift. East Bay Paratransit was established by AC Transit and BART to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
