Tickets are not transferable. Children under 2 enter for free with a presentation of a birth certificate. Failure to produce corresponding proof will result in full price being charged. Positive ID will be checked against all ticket details for access.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Reschedules are ONLY allowed 48 hrs before the tour. Tickets are non-refundable.
