Aber provides users with information on the basic human and rights of non-majority communities, as well as institutions and mechanisms that citizens can turn to in defense of their rights. The application is available in five languages of non-majority communities in Kosovo: Serbian, Bosnian, Turkish, Roma and Nashin (Gorani).
