The MSing Link

The MSing Link app is for people with Multiple Sclerosis who want to learn MS-specific exercises and stay consistent with their exercise routine. You'll be able to keep track of your exercises, daily movement, symptoms, and functional tests. You'll also have access to exercise and symptom management videos and a community chat to communicate with other people with MS.
