Samba BVS – powered by Samba Bank Limited (SBL) is a tailor made application that offers simple, convenient and hassle free biometric verification solution to all Resident Pakistani SBL customers who are currently opening accounts through Digital channels. Customers can get their biometric verification performed for the following accounts:

1. Asaan Digital Account
2. Asaan Digital Remittance Account
3. Freelancer Digital Account
4. Digital Account Full Service

This application can be downloaded by customers and used for real time biometric verification through the comfort of their homes using a smart phone camera. Fingerprints (4 fingers from each hand) can be scanned against CNIC/SNIC number. The application then uses the rear camera to detect and capture fingerprints. This requires placement of the hand in front of the camera and holding steady as the application automatically detects and captures the fingerprints.
