Employability Skills

The course aims to deliver the knowledge and skills which are required to get employed and/or to improve competencies and attitudes of those who are already in employment. The course will serve as a complementary course especially for youths and young adults participated at a training conducted by GIZ or its partners. It will also benefit those who joined the trainings by other providers, employees who are seeking additional knowledge, as well as anybody who is doing job searches outside Northern Shan State.
