These devices can only be prescribed by and sold to authorised healthcare professionals, in territories whereby appropriate regulatory clearance has been given. Healthcare professionals are required to undergo a Blatchford approved, certified training course before being authorised to access the required features within SMARTSTEP. Without a Blatchford-approved certification, access to SMARTSTEP features will be restricted.
