Basement Pilates

We are a boutique Pilates Studio located in Port Douglas, Queensland. We offer unique and personalised Reformer pilates classes for all needs and abilities; whether you're looking to leave sweaty and sore, or whether you're looking to feel the burn through a slow and controlled burn. Our small class sizes (5 per class) means we are able to safely support people of all abilities to reap the benefits of moving the body. Our instructors are well educated and can personalise the workout to your own specific needs and abilities, all while building life-long connections and friendships in the studio.
