The ResMan Resident app makes it easy to engage with your apartment community. Make a rent payment, submit a maintenance request, check for packages, and stay up to date on the latest community news right from your mobile device!
With the ResMan Resident App, you’re able to:
Pay your rent by the payment methods your community offers (eg: ACH, Credit/Debit, Cash Payments, etc...)
Schedule one-time and recurring rent payments
View payment history and balances owed
Create and view status of maintenance requests as well as maintenance request history
Access contact information for your community
The ResMan Resident App serves as the mobile version of the ResMan Resident Portal for communities that use the ResMan property management platform. Availability of some app features is dependent on the ResMan product features enabled for the community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.
