X-City is a citizen focused SmartCity App. The Apps main feature is automated Meter (Electricity and Water) recognition and reading using Artificial Intelligence. Once complete you can submit your readings and meter information to your service provider for accurate billing. Further functionality includes account and meter management across multiple service providers, viewing current and historical billing and paying bills online.
