TONE: Full body workout with an emphasis on stretching, toning, and lengthening and no cardio or jumping.
HIIT: Full body interval-training workout, ranging from 20-45 minutes. Includes cardio intervals, shadowboxing, and more.
FORM: Slowed-down workouts that focus on form and take you back to the basics.
BODY FOCUS: Shorter classes focusing on a single body group, like abs, arms, or lower body.
