About ND Sports Performance
The ND Sports Performance App enables users to connect to the Hamstring Solo Elite and 360 Data Bar devices via Bluetooth.
When connected to the Hamstring Solo Elite users can test and train their hamstring muscles and watch a live force graph being produced as they are performing the exercise in real time.
When connected to the 360 Data Bar users can test and train a wider variety of muscles such as the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, hamstring, and ankle muscle groups.
When a user has finished and saved an exercise their performance data such as max strength, imbalance, force/kg, etc. is available to view. This data is automatically uploaded to our Web-App where it can be analysed further using features such as automatically generated graphs, session comparisons and leader boards.
Additional features of the app include:
Creating player and group profiles.
Performance overview to visually see a user’s progress.
Training mode feature to allow users to choose reps, sets and specific target zones to reach during a session.
Tags to filter sessions.
Recording of test setup to allow consistent test re-test reliability.
Users may have multiple logins with specific access to certain groups.
