About FZN Gong
Alarm notification app for Falun Dafa practitioners to FZN (send forth righteous thought) daily at pre-determined time.
This app will play the 15min "Gong" music at 5:55am, 11:55am, 5:55pm, 11:55pm (Beijing time, GMT +8) regardless of which timezone your IOS device is set to. The "Gong" music is a 15 minutes audio, starting with a "Gong" sound, which repeats every 5 minutes for a total of 4 times. Between each "Gong" sound, there will be silence. For user in different time zone, the FZN Gong notification will remains in Beijing time, hence a convenience for Dafa practitioners that travels a lot.
NOTES:
* When using the app for the first time, please click “Allow Notifications” or the alarm would be deactivated. If one misses the step to allow notifications, one can still enable it by going to “Settings> FZN-Gong> Notifications> Allow Notifications.”
* The app can be closed (and remained closed) after opening it for the first time.
* version 1.0.1 adds support for IOS 16; if there is still issue on IOS 16, delete the app and re-install again.
* version 2.0.0 adds support for IOS 17,18.
