CaptureShot is an application for saving photos from videos.

CaptureShot reads videos taken with an iPhone or iPad, or downloaded from the Internet, and displays them in frame-by-frame mode.
You can check the video in detail by going to "next frame" or "previous frame".

You can save your favorite frames as photos in your camera roll!
