Temples in India needs to be maintained properly by everyone and as the time goes, some of the temple maintenance is not carried out officially.
Kovil App provides a way to digitally capture all of the problems in the temple by anyone who wants to report it to the central authority.
Issues can be anything related to the temple such as temple building maintenance, water problem, sewage problems, Cleanliness, Prasadam etc.,
The Ticket is assigned to a person who is responsible to resolve the issue within a particular district and once he gets any resolution by any means then he submits a resolution feedback in the system and that will be conveyed back to the end user or devotee.
The app gives a vast experience for the end users to submit ticket by any means such as through text, video or Audio. Status of the ticket is messaged to every stakeholders as and when required.
