Sayge

Sayge is an app for bringing learners ("Apprentices") and teachers ("Sayges") of all kinds together, affordably, in person. If you have a skill you like to teach, you can list that skill as a Sayge. If you have something you would like to learn, you can search for that as an Apprentice.

Sayges (Teachers):
You may not think of yourself as a teacher, but if you have a skill, people will want to learn that skill from you. From learning a musical instrument to school tutoring, and sports lessons to foreign languages, people—especially school-age children—have a need to learn. But, that’s not all Sayge is about. If you have a skill, there’s someone out there who wants to learn it.
If you teach it, they will learn it!
It's easy to become a Sayge:
• Download the app
• Complete the profile, including your bio/resume, specialty area of teaching, promo pictures and video
• Choose the hours/days you want to teach, as well as how much you charge for each 30min lesson
• Submit banking information (you want to get paid!)
• Share your profile with your social media (a link to your Sayge profile is generated through the app!)
• Get paid teaching!
Apprentices (Learners):
• Download the app
• Complete the profile section, including a current picture of yourself, and your payment information (to pay for lessons near you)
• Search for the skills you want to learn by keyword search, by location on a map, or discover new skills by browsing the categories section and see what Sayges near you are teaching
• View the Sayge profile and check availability
• Schedule a learning session and wait for the Sayge’s confirmation
