Please Note:
1) Currently, as per government norms, foreign nationals from countries on the FATF list and FATF grey list are not permitted to use the app.
2) Due to regulations, Cheq app can only be used while you're within Indian borders. Our servers detect your current location and restrict transactions being initiated from outside Indian borders.
3) You need to complete the in-person verification process by either visiting our partner branches or booking an agent.
4). Documents required are
Foreign nationals (Passport, a valid Indian Visa)
OCIs (Passport, OCI card)
NRIs (Passport, valid foreign country ID)
5) Payments can only be made to registered merchants. Individual (P2P) payments are not permitted
CheqUPI wallet is powered by Transcorp International Limited, an RBI regulated PPI license and AD2 license holder. Your data and money are stored safely & securely within India. Your money is safely parked in an RBI approved bank account hosted with Transcorp International Limited.
