Growing up in Monaco we have always felt the lack of Lebanese food in our hometown despite it being one of the most famous and rich cuisines in the world. Fresh, flavourful and healthy ingredients are at the core of our cooking and we are proud of buying most of our fruits, vegetables and meat daily at La Place d’Armes, just a couple of meters away from our kitchen.
