Starting in 2021, up to 2.5 cents per gallon of purchased gas in MO will be refundable, and increasing by 2.5 cents in each fiscal year until 12.5 cents per gallon in 2025. Taxpayers must claim a refund by completion of the Missouri Motor Fuel Tax Form (MO4923- H).
