Emergency Preparedness In Calabasas (EPIC-FSC) is a fire safe council created to assist Calabasas, CA residents in the preparation for natural disasters. EPIC assists residents by providing guidance before an emergency event, during the event, and subsequently through recovery. This APP is designed to work even when cell coverage is down or restricted.
