About ProtAct17
The app aims to provide children and adolescents with a playful approach to the complex topic of sustainability and the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations.
ProtAct17 imparts knowledge in an age-appropriate and interactive way, arouses curiosity and the spirit of research through virtual and real experiments, addresses current and future challenges for the environment, economy and society and shows their own – albeit small – possibilities for action. Inspiring and empowering students to protect the environment (Protect) and to take action in line with the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations (Act) – this is the idea behind the app.
