About Equity247 Portal
The E247 Portal is a tool built from the ground up for the whole loan process to help Customers and Realtors.
Customers have access to our loan portal experience in a convenient phone app that will let them apply for loans, sign documents and upload needed documentation. This app also provides a useful mortgage calculator to help customers understand the costs of mortgage loans and gain an idea of how much they can afford. We also have handy tools for reaching out to the loan team to help with any questions.
For Realtors we have a suite of custom made tools. Our Pre-Approval module allows realtors to see the approval status of their customers, and for customers who are pre-approved they can even make a PDF on the app for specific loan scenarios. Once the loan has gone in contract our module will help realtors keep track of where each of their loans are, and we even help once the loan is closed with our Closed Loans module. Our app helps realtors stay in touch with clients so they can provide even better service at every step of the way.
