LTH Tecnico is a field service application for technicians to efficiently manage the home delivery service.
The services get assigned to the nearest available technician based on their current location. Technician receives the notification on mobile and will accept the service. The app will help the technician to traverse to customer location. The app tracks the services provided by the technician to resolve the issue raised by customer.
