About SGUDA Old
This applies to Bluetooth firmware versions prior to 2.0.0.0.
Precautions:
SGUDA Old may encounter problems controlling the lock via Bluetooth. Please follow the steps below:
1. Open the system "Settings" on your phone
2. Select "Bluetooth" (varies by brand: such as connected devices, Bluetooth and device connections, etc.)
3. Choose the device named "SGUDA U-Lock (Lock Serial Number)"
4. Select "Unpair" (varies by brand, such as forgetting this device settings, clear, etc.)
5. After returning to the App, you can reconnect and pair. (If not connected, you can close the App and reopen it.)
