The free version queries the server up to every 3 seconds.
The paid version unlocks the recommended offline mode and enhances the online mode. In offline mode, the app updates up to 3 times a second and only shows streets with the same direction as the driving direction. In online mode, the app updates up to every 1.5 seconds.
