PSSS App

The PSSS App leverages Citizen Generated Data to measure the Proportion of population satisfied with their last experience op public services with specific reference (i) Health; (ii) Education; (iii) Government-issued identified service. This information is important to achieve Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Indicator 16.6.2 and also improve policy interventions in planning and providing public services. All information will be aggregated and then used to prepare reports for policy interventions to improve service delivery by district assemblies and for measuring progress towards SDG 16.6, which is among the SGDs priority target for Ghana.
