Official Mobile Application of Dibba Municipality - Fujairah Government
As part of Dibba Municipality's efforts to enhance the electronic and digital system, and to facilitate multiple channels for effective communication with our partners and the public, as well as deepen knowledge about the municipality's work and achievements, we are pleased to introduce the comprehensive and accessible Smartdibba application. This application aims to make tasks easier for everyone, anytime, and anywhere.
The new version of the application includes several features tailored to different customer segments, including:
1. Modern and contemporary design following the best standards.
2. Multi-language support (Arabic/English).
3. Service categorization.
4. Suggestions and complaints.
5. Fee payment service.
6. Track requests through "My Requests".
7. "My Records" containing approved attachments that can be easily downloaded.
8. Secure login with fingerprint/face recognition.
9. Personal profile management.
10. Settings.
