About ING Business Pro
ING Business PRO, the new version of the app dedicated to entrepreneurs, will help you manage your company simply and quickly directly from your phone.
Are you the only user of the company and make payments in lei in Romania or SEPA payments? Then this app is perfect for you! If you have more complex needs, please be patient until we add the right features for you and your company.
Help us constantly improve and leave feedback directly in the app, in the Services section, answering the question "How well did we do today?".
Currently unavailable features in ING Business PRO (but available in ING Business):
• You cannot make payments with multiple signatures, single or double signature with defined limit, payments in other currencies except European Economical Space, foreign exchange or RON cross-border.
• Payments with insufficient funds are rejected (without the possibility of having a signature pending funds).
• You cannot save the payment to sign it later.
• You cannot liquidate deposits.
• You cannot view payment history documents (payment confirmation or a personalized account history).
• You cannot sign saved payments in another component of the ING Business platform.
How do you log in?
• Enter the userID and password you use in the ING Business platform.
• You receive a code via SMS and one via email, to your registered data as an ING Business user.
• Set a PIN to access the app and sign payments and requests from the app.
• Optionally, activate biometrics that can be used as an alternative to PIN.
• From the Services menu, you can switch between signing with PIN or biometrics.
• You can change the PIN in the app whenever you want.
• If you are a user of multiple companies, you will be asked for which one you want to activate the app and later you will be able to switch between them as needed.
Functions
• You have unlimited access to all accounts - with details and balances - for: current accounts, POS, savings accounts, loans or deposits, in lei or other currencies.
• If you have payments that have not yet been processed, you will see them pending in the respective account.
• Search or filter transactions made from the account, regardless of type or place where you made the transaction.
• Access account statements, regardless of type (statements generated for a closed month), you can download them and then send them to accounting.
• Send your account details to business partners.
• Search transactions or filter them in the list.
• Hide account balances.
• Activate push notifications for account entries and exits.
• Open and close savings accounts directly from the app.
• Profit of the discounts offered by ING partners in Products - Business Deals.
Payments
• Payments are easy to make, with a simple form to help you enter one type of information at a time.
• Make unlimited payments in lei in Romania, including instant, if it complies with Transfond rules.
• Transfers between your own accounts in lei.
• Payments in lei to the State Budget.
• Payments in Euro within the European Economic Area.
• You can schedule payments to be executed in the future—either once or on a recurring basis—with the frequency you choose.
• See truncated data of your payment recipients, if the respective bank has adhered to this service.
Settings
• Change the app language between Romanian and English. By default, the app takes the device language.
• The app will be displayed in dark mode if the phone has this type of theme selected.
• You can upload an avatar.
Communication
• Display device identification data and app version to make it easier to help you.
• Shortcut for calling customer support.
• Send feedback whenever you want.
