Strive and Rise Programme aims to help mentees broaden their horizons, reinforce their self-confidence, develop a positive outlook on life, set goals for their future and strive for upward mobility.

Programme elements:

[Mentorship]: Mentees are paired with volunteer mentors who share their life experiences to enhance mentees' self-confidence and guide them in setting proactive and positive personal goals.

[Personal Development Plans]: Mentors provide guidance and advices for mentees in achieving their personal development.

[Financial Support]: Each mentee receives a start-up sum to spend under the mentor's guidance for achieving their personal development plan. Upon successful completion of the program, mentees are awarded a scholarship for their own deployment based on acquired financial planning concepts.
