OSCE Toolbox

This application gives you an overview of all the tools, measures and instruments the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), its participating States and its institutions have at their disposal.

It also shows you who can use them, and when and how they can be used.

The OSCE Toolbox is a one-stop-shop showing what the OSCE can provide as a whole. The Toolbox aims to display comprehensive security in a very practical way, bridging the OSCE’s dimensions and committees.

We hope this portal helps making the OSCE and its tools more easily accessible and understandable.

The aim is to empower participating States to use the full potential of the OSCE.
