About ArcVision
ArcVision Basketball Training App - Setup and Tips
To get the most out of your ArcVision Basketball training experience, follow these setup guidelines for each mode:
Shooting Mode:
• Tripod Required: For the most accurate results, use a tripod to keep your phone steady in shooting mode. This ensures the app can track the hoop effectively
• Optimal Placement: Place your phone near half-court, facing directly at the front of the hoop. This position allows the app to capture shots made and provide accurate feedback
• Shot Meter: The shot meter currently only activates when you're nearby and is mainly for visual feedback. We’re working on refining it for more precise tracking and future updates
Dribbling & Defense Modes:
• Phone Position: For both dribbling and defense modes, simply ensure your phone is placed at waist level and that you are fully visible in the frame. No tripod is needed—just make sure the camera can capture your full movement
• Frame Visibility: Ensure you’re positioned in the frame from head to toe for optimal tracking.
With these setup tips, ArcVision will help you track your progress, improve your skills, and take your game to the next level!
