After receiving the kit, you can collect a sample yourself using clear instructions and send it completely anonymously to the laboratory. The samples are analyzed in an ISO 15189-certified laboratory, and the test results are accompanied by comments from a BIG-registered medical microbiologist. The samples are tested in the same way as in a regular hospital laboratory. The results are communicated to you through this secure and personal app.
