Welcome to the BiteLess app, which automatically monitors your nail-biting actions and provides real-time alerts on your watch.
The app runs on a smartwatch and alerts you with a vibration or alarm if it detects nail-biting for over 1-2 seconds.
The phone app also provides detailed statistics on your nail-biting habits with weekly progress.
The app is based on our advanced and efficient AI models for nail-biting detection.
BiteLess app leverages cutting-edge AI models trained on hand motion data in 3D space. These models are built upon our peer-reviewed research and are specifically designed to detect hand movements towards the face and analyze hand-actions performed on the face to detect nail-biting actions.
Using the App
- Start and stop nail-biting tracking sessions directly from your smartwatch.
- Each session lasts up to one hour, and you can start unlimited sessions.
- Currently, the app supports watches worn on the left wrist (the most common placement). Right-wrist support will be available in an upcoming update.
