Charlottesville Parks & Recreation is a Department within the City of Charlottesville and provides indoor and outdoor experiences for the residents of Charlottesville, surrounding counties and visitors. The system consists of parks, trails, natural areas, recreation centers, indoor and outdoor pools, recreational and fitness programs, farmers markets, golf course, skate park and special events.
