The ORBCOMM Installer is the quick, easy-to-use solution that streamlines installation of ORBCOMM devices. This smart mobile app enhances productivity and efficiency, reduces installation time and costs, minimizes errors and incentivizes installer performance by getting more installs done, faster.
After verifying users with touch or passwords, installers can view available jobs, accept new work and check their individual performance. The app takes users through easy to follow, step-by-step instructions to unbox the device, activate it, check device health, scan device and container ID and pair them. Invalid pairings are flagged. Multiple photos can be added for record-keeping at any time and uploaded to complete the installation.
