About SerosAccess
SerosAccess gives you complete flexibility in how you grant and manage entry, from short-term access to long-term permissions, all powered by Bluetooth and remote code generation. Access codes created in the SerosAccess app are ready to use immediately, with no physical proximity to the device required.
Access Code Options
- One-time Code: Valid for a single use within six hours of the selected start date and time.
- Hour Code: Provides unlimited access for 1–12 hours from the chosen start date and time.
- Multi-Day Code: Grants unlimited access across any range of consecutive dates, including dates far into the future. Ideal for residents or long-term stays, as the code can match the length of a lease. Note: Must be used on the first calendar day of its access window or it will become invalidated.
- Vacation Rental Code: Designed for short-term rentals with designated check-in (1–4 pm) and check-out (10 am–12 pm) time windows. Note: Must be used on the first day of its access window or it will become invalidated.
- Fixed Access Codes: Create custom 4–10 digit permanent codes for trusted individuals such as listing agents or maintenance staff. These must be programmed via the SerosAccess app while physically near the device and cannot be set remotely. A customized notes field in the app helps you track who has which code.
- Clear Code: A remotely generated code that, once entered on the device, removes all active duration-based codes — including any Hourly, Multi-Day and Vacation Rental codes.
The SerosAccess app is compatible with all SerosBox, SerosLock, MojoBox, & MojoLock smart devices.
