About QuantOn Cal
*** This App requires devices with built in camera and camera light. ***
***Please see www.quantoncal.com for a full list of supported devices and operating systems.***
This application is a monitoring tool for your IBD inflammatory status.
When you are suffering from IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), you need a reliable and convenient therapy monitoring to avoid severe inflammatory phases, which cause uneasiness and pain.
The QuantOnCal® test system consists of the QuantOnCal® app and the rapid test for human calprotectin – both easy to use everywhere. Monitoring IBD with the biomarker calprotectin means early indication of an inflammation before clinical symptoms arise.
The QuantOnCal® app calculates the results of the rapid test for calprotectin in stool. High calprotectin levels correspond to high inflammatory activity. The test result is indicated on your smartphone screen and immediately sent to your doctor. The doctor evaluates each result and decides whether you need further assessment of your therapy.
In order to use QuantOnCal® just contact a medical practitioner who participates in this program. Please find further information here http://www.quantoncal.com
Please notice that the app will not run on an iPad as it requires an camera light.
