We do not charge a "usage fee" to download the PayTix® app. Please note, some member cities may apply a "convenience" or "service" fee to transactions to cover the cost of providing services to the public.

Since PayTix® is fully supported by member cities you can be assured that your payment is handled with the same security safe guards that are available to you on our member cities payment websites. We do not store your credit card data (anywhere) and we are fully PCI DSS compliant. When you pay for your parking tickets with PayTix™, you are paying with the same service that processes payments for the member cities today. PayTix® has native interfaces to our member cities systems.
How To Use PayTix®?:
Simply pick the city that you got your parking ticket in and either scan the ticket number bar code on the ticket or manually enter the ticket number into PayTix® and press the Submit button. PayTix® will then guide you through the ticket payment process in 4 easy steps. If your ticket is not in the city's parking system yet, don't worry, PayTix® will setup simple reminders and a "Ticket List" for you to check your tickets availability.
