The tool performs the calculation, storage and graphical representation of the measured value. All you have to do is enter the reading into the app.

The app is designed for the production of white and rose wines, obtained from healthy grapes that are well pre-clarified and chilled fermented.
Nevertheless, a laboratory analysis remains essential for an absolutely reliable measurement.
