SymTrak App

The app is designed for physicians with opioids and/or other symptoms patients to track and record patient responses to different therapies. The app reminds the patient to take the therapy and records compliance, allows the patient to self-report on Jackson Symptom questionnaire, and checks for mood changes. The app is a link between the physician and patient for telemedicine.
