Reya Maternity Remote Care

Reya Maternity Remote Care helps nurses and doctors manage their patients through their pregnancy remotely. Eligible patients are onboarded by a nurse on the smartphone app. Patients use the Patient App to add their daily vitals and symptoms, if any. Nurses are immediately alerted of adverse vital readings or symptoms logged in, allowing quick followup with patients. Doctors generate digital care plans for the patient remotely. The system enables care continuity and prompt feedback loops between the patient and their care team members. This App has been integrated with Apple Health App to fetch Walking + Running distance data.
