About Order Tracking Manager
This app requires the Order Tracking WordPress plugin by Etoile Web Design. It is not a standalone tool and will not work unless you are using this plugin on your WordPress site.
Designed to integrate directly with the Order Tracking plugin, this app lets you manage your orders on the go.
Just connect it once and you're all set. No longer any need to go to a computer and log in to your WordPress site.
With this app, you can do the following to manage your orders:
- View all new orders
- Modify existing orders
- See an order's entire status history
- Change the order status
- View and change an order's location
- Cancel orders
- View order notes, public and private
- Click to call your customer
- Click to email your customer
You can set your order manager(s) up with this app and they can easily manage all orders directly from a tablet or phone in the office or on the go. No need to worry about having them log in to your WordPress admin.
Instructions for connecting the app with the Order Tracking WordPress plugin on your site:
After installing the updated version of the premium helper plugin on your website, navigate to the settings page (in the admin panel for the Order Tracking plugin) to generate your API key. Then return to the app on your tablet or phone and enter the API key. After doing this, the data from your site will be available in the app.
